Here’s a recipe of a modern kicked-up version of the Loco Loco that anyone can make. Simple and easy but full of flavor – just like Hawaii!

- 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Combine all ingredients well. Make into patties.
Red Wine Herb Gravy
- 1 Cup Red Wine
- 1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
- 2 Sprigs Fresh Thyme
- 2 Cloves Fresh Garlic, chopped
- Round Onions, sliced (optional)
- Celery, chopped (optional)
- Carrot. pieces (optional)
Combine all ingredients into a sauce pot and simmer slowly until Red Wine is almost evaporated (reduced).
- 2 Cups Beef Stock
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
Combine Beef Stock into the Red Wine Mixture and bring to a boil. Melt the Butter and incorporate it with the Flour. While whisking the Beef Stock mixture, slowly incorporate the Flour/Butter mixture to thicken into a gravy.

Lay them over a plate of rice…
Make some over-easy eggs…
Top everything off with the lovely Red Wine Herb Gravy…
